Supervision & Mentoring

Supervision That Supports You

What Is Supervision

Supervision is a collaborative process that gives naturopaths the opportunity to regularly reflect on their clinical practice with the guidance of an experienced practitioner. It’s a safe, confidential space to:

  • Debrief after complex or emotionally demanding client sessions

  • Explore therapeutic relationships and professional boundaries

  • Gain feedback on treatment plans or clinical decisions

  • Celebrate your wins and successes

  • Strengthen your confidence and clinical reasoning

While supervision is a requirement for counsellors and psychotherapists, it’s not yet a standard in the naturopathic industry. But it should be.

Why Work With Cathy

With 10 years’ experience as a naturopath and a Master of Counselling, she understands both the practical and emotional demands of client care. Since 2020, she has also supported emerging practitioners as a clinical supervisor and lecturer at Endeavour College of Natural Health.

Since working with Cathy, my clinic processes have improved, client success rates have increased and I have significantly more energy to dedicate to client consultations. I look forward to every single session with Cathy as her combined expertise as a naturopath, clinic supervisor, lecturer and counsellor is invaluable
