CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Authentic Wisdom prides itself on providing a very quick service turn around. We try to process and pack your order within 5 business days dependant on when your order is placed and volume of orders. If any unforseen circumstances occur, you will be notified directly or a general notice will appear on our home page.
If an item from your order is out of stock or on back order, you will be notified by email and advised estimated time of delivery and any other relevant information. If you do not wish to wait for your item to come back into stock, you will be given the opportunity for a refund or exchange.
In addition please contact us if you can not find what you are looking for, there is always a real person that can answer your queries either via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Authentic Wisdom uses Australia Post for parcel delivery and therefore we rely on their processes, and delivery times to your chosen destination once the parcel has left our warehouse. We cannot give any guarantees on Australia Post’s behalf. Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, and requires a signature on delivery. In the checkout you can nominate for your parcel to be left with out a signature if no one is home. Authentic Wisdom takes no liability of your parcel if this option is used.
We cannot offer international delivery at this time. Please check back in future, as this may change going forward.

If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
